  • Hotel check-in is typically between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, and check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Prior to 45 days or more before departure: 30% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + full cancellation charges for non-refundable tickets.
  • 44 to 31 days before departure: 45% of the holiday cost will be deducted.
  • 30 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the holiday cost will be deducted.
  • 14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the holiday cost will be deducted.
  • 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
